How to Link Paid Account
CloseBot has access to and can link your existing paid ZappyChat account with a CloseBot account. Do the following to link:
- Create a CloseBot account
- Click the support widget within CloseBot
- Click to speak with “sales and billing”
- Let them know you are linking your CloseBot account to a ZappyChat paid plan (or LTD)
- Ask them to help you book your exclusive 1:1 ZappyChat User Care call with our experts
Was there notice in advance about this?
CloseBot and ZappyChat announced the acquisition on June 6th. We held a few live Q&A sessions, sent emails, text messages and even phone calls. The ZappyChat team sent several notification emails at the same time. We did our best to notify everyone as soon as possible, giving 6 months notice before the shut down, but some people are harder to reach. If you are finding yourself in a time crunch, please follow the steps above to get set up with the best lead qualification AI in the world.
What about my LTD?
CloseBot honors all paid plans, even LTD plans. Matt made sure early on that everyone would be taken care of at CloseBot, and we stand by that commitment. Follow the steps above to link your account to get access to CloseBot with whatever ZappyChat plan you have.
I hear there is usage based pricing now?
ZappyChat had plans that allowed unlimited usage with certain models. CloseBot has found this not to be a business model that allows us to continue to grow. The reason we are still around is because we are incentivized to make sure our users succeed. This means there is very low usage based pricing on all paid plans, even for LTD members.

Keeping ZappyChat alive takes time and financial resources that distract us from our main mission. We have chosen to disable ZappyChat after a 6 month grace period from our first announcement to allow us to remain focused.
