Life at CloseBot
Founded by Bryce and Laura DeCora in [year], CloseBot was built with an entrepreneurial spirit that still drives us today.
No two days look the same, but every day ends with a sense of accomplishment (and maybe a bit of wondering how you pulled it all off!).
There’s real trust here. We get things done without micromanagement, and we lift each other up. We work hard, learn as we go, and always try to have fun along the way.
Where we work
We’re hybrid, with about half our team working from HQ in Everett, WA — 30 minutes north of Seattle. Everett has become a magnet for top tech talent who want to avoid the long commutes back into the city.
We value in-person collaboration and prefer hiring locally, but we’re also open to remote team members who are willing to show up (digitally and occasionally physically) when it counts.
