CloseBot is beginning to roll out our flagship update, CloseBot V2, which is purpose-built for agency owners. The original CloseBot (soon to be called CloseBot Classic) allowed sub-clients to create their own bots, which created management issues and limited scalability. The New Agency Plan
If you’re migrating from a CloseBot Classic Super User Account, you’re automatically joining your new account on an Agency Plan. If you are new to CloseBot, our Agency plan differs from our other plan in a few specific ways. The Agency Plan gives you total control over re-billing, monitoring, and creating agents. Let’s take a closer look at those three tools.
Agent Re-Billing
Check out the new dashboard that lets you monitor what matters… more revenue through re-billing. You load your wallet and choose whether you want auto-top-up enabled and your clients do the same. Your clients pay you from their wallet (by connecting your Stripe account) and you pay CloseBot from your wallet. You have several different areas that you can re-bill within CloseBot now.
- User Seats – CloseBot comes with one seat. You can add users for $5/seat and re-bill seats if you are adding client seats, including markup of course.
- Knowledge Library Storage – Knowledge library items cost you $0.006/MB per day, but you can re-bill this cost to your clients as you wish with markup.
- Message Volume – You are billed $0.006 per message from CloseBot. You can re-bill this to your clients with any markup.
- Token Costs – CloseBot tracks the cost of tokens for you and you can choose if/ how you want to re-bill this to your clients as well.
This dashboard shows you your revenue earned per each of these four categories. Continue to monitor and tweak to design your own unique value proposition to your clients 👏

Agent Monitoring
CloseBot makes it easy for you as an agency to monitor your clients’ Agents. Monitor total responses, customer interactions and bookings all from a clean dashboard. Your clients also have their own portal where they can go to view these metrics just for their own business. Your customers will churn less if they can monitor their Agents and see how successful they are!
Speaking of the client portal, of course we let you white label this! Make sure your clients are accessing their portal through the domain of your choice and seeing your colors and logos. We know how important it is for you to be able to keep your brand consistent.
Your clients don’t care about the same data that you do. Their client portal dashboard will have different KPIs than your agency dashboard. They will be able to track their Agents’ performance and also their costs.
Agent Creation
CloseBot’s vision is to be the best application for agencies to build expert-level agents for lead qualification and booking quickly and easily. This is why we have you in the driver’s seat creating Agents for your clients. You use our state-of-the-art drag and drop builder to lay the framework for these agents, and then create custom variables to be used throughout, that are filled out by your clients.
Let’s look at the following example. I’ve created an agent for gyms that gets a lead’s full name, email and then books them for an appointment. However, maybe I want gyms to fill out some information about their business that will be used in the Agent’s settings. You can create variables that your clients would be required to fill out as we see here with the Business Information and Services variables created.
Once these variables are created, your clients will be able to fill in the information in their client portal. You’re also able to use these new variables anywhere in the Agent Job Flow builder as shown here.
