Affiliates, this post if for you. You have always been and will continue to be a main driver of growth for CloseBot, and we want to make sure you know about some important updates coming with the newest version of CloseBot. Please note, the current version of CloseBot (V1) will be referred to as CloseBot Classic from here forward.

New Affiliate Links
Let’s start with the most import thing to know about. Effective immediately your CloseBot V2 affiliate link will populate in your portal. This means you will temporarily have two links available to you (CloseBot V2 & CloseBot Classic). Sign ups for CloseBot Classic will end on June 9th and the CloseBot Classic link will deactivate. It’s important to remember, the links will only work for sign ups for the version of CloseBot they are intended for. If you have a referral sign up for CloseBot V2 through your CloseBot Classic link, it will not work.
This is how you will want to operate during this in between time (from now until CloseBot V2 launches). If you have a referral that wants to sign up now for CloseBot Classic, send them your CloseBot Classic link. This will ensure they credit to your account. If you are looking to drive hype with those you know are waiting until CloseBot V2 launches, send them your CloseBot V2 link now to start tracking and ensure when they do sign up it credits to their account.
Agent Sharing Linked to Affiliate Profile
CloseBot agents are built to be shared and when you share your agents get ready to get paid! For those of you who are familiar with HighLevel, you’re able to share snapshots that are tied to your promoter account. CloseBot has done this to make sharing agents a revenue generating engine. Build a job flow, link a persona and you’ll be able to share the pair with a link that includes your affiliate link. When they click the link, they will be able to import that persona and job flow into their CloseBot account. Remember, free accounts can only have one active job flow at a time and cannot edit job flows with more than 5 actions. This means they will likely have to grab a paid account right away if they want to access that cool agent you shared with them.
Keep in mind we don’t allow affiliate link sharing within our Facebook Community. We give you the option to share agents with or without your affiliate link being attached. Posts and comments with your affiliate link included will automatically be blocked from the Facebook Group.
Affiliate Portal Easy Access
Now viewing your affiliate portal is easier than ever from within your CloseBot V2 account. Link to an existing affiliate account or create a new one to start earning today. Your agent share link is automatically generated with your affiliate link after you connect your new or existing affiliate account here. Learn how to do this HERE.
Coupon Codes Not Yet Live
Some of our top affiliates had coupon codes they could give out.Users of these codes would link the customer to their promoter account even if they didn’t use their affiliate link. V2 will go live without a field for coupon codes. We’ve decided to continue to go live without coupon code input to expedite public launch of the product. Coupon codes will be coming back in July.

CloseBot Classic rose to the top installed sub-account app in HighLevel because of our foundation. Our focus on text-based lead qualification for marketing agencies is getting turned up several notches with the launch of V2. CloseBot Classic hasn’t had a code update in about 9 months because we’ve been pouring all energy into this upcoming update…post-release, get ready for even faster development speed than you saw in CloseBot Classic. It pays to be a promoter for CloseBot because CloseBot isn’t going anywhere…and neither are the customers you refer.
