Paid users have always had access to 24/7 human chat support. This should continue to be the first place you go to get help with tech issues you experience. The support team within the CloseBot app has access to your account, which is typically needed to diagnose issues.
Free users do not have access to human support. They do have access to AI support within CloseBot, but sometimes more help is needed. We invite these free users to post in our new Ask the Community section, where other CloseBot users can give helpful answers.
Previously, users coming to the Facebook community to post about questions was highly discouraged.
